Message frequency varies based on your application status and account activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out: You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to our support number. After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Consent is not required to obtain any goods or services from OceanAtlasX. Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

6. Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network provider.

By using our platform, you authorize OceanAtlasX to process the data you provide, including contact information, business data, and communications content, for the purpose of delivering our CRM services. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or experience unforeseen outages. OceanAtlasX is not liable for any losses resulting from temporary service unavailability.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of OceanAtlasX or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
